I can guide you on what to eat and what kind of exercises you need to follow to reach your goal. That's how online coaching works. Diet and workout plans plus 5 months guidance will be provided so you can be successful with your goal but you have to be consistent with diet and workouts to achieve the goal.

You don't need 5 months to achieve the goal but I am offering 5 months so you can do it comfortably. My online coaching is more than a weight loss program. It's a 5 months guidance so you can be successful.

HOW IS

THE DIET AND WORKOUT PLAN?

The diet and workout plan will a very practical and a customized plan for you so you can be consistent with it. If you can't go for a gym do not hesitate. You can do it through cardio like fast walking and diet OR with home workout and diet. If you have any equipment at home I will add such to the workout routine or will customize the workout with body weight exercises.
