Subscriptions to the LeanSL program are active as of the confirmation of the client's payment. The service/subscriptions are strictly non-refundable, so please make sure that you have the time and necessary resources to complete the program, once started.

For special medical and personal reasons, the program can be requested to be paused for an agreed upon time with the instructor, and will remain paused upon approval.
